No Exchanges or Refunds:

Except in cases where the item you purchased is defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please send us an email at info@Gosalessmart.com with the product’s details and the defect if you receive a defective item. When we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and, in a fair amount of time, send you an email to let you know whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund for the defect. If you qualify for a replacement or refund, we’ll use your original payment method to send you a new product or reimburse the purchase price.

Option 2: Authorized Refunds:

We welcome refunds. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return unopened items in their original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase. We are unable to provide you with a refund or an exchange if thirty days or more have gone by since your purchase.

When we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it and send you an email to let you know if you are eligible for a return within a fair amount of time. Should you be eligible for a return, your purchase price will be reimbursed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. You can only get a refund on regular priced items. Items in sales are not returnable.

Any shipping and handling fees indicated on the invoice or packing slip are not included in the refund. All return shipping costs must be covered by you and prepaid. Any hardware damage or loss during shipment is your responsibility. We cannot promise that we will get the item you returned. The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. Shipping charges will not be deducted from any refunds.
